South-West Green (SWG) , through Aztlan Athletics Foundation (AAF), has established in collaboration with American Green Zone Alliance (AGZA), a premier all electric lawn maintenance certification program in the United States. A low-cost alternative 100% electric use program for both residential and small businesses who are mission-driven and socially responsible. “We are privileged to be partnering with AGZA as South-West Green increases its service footprint in our communities of Southern California and develop capacity together," Edgar Pelayo, Vice President of AAF and Director of Development.

Vision: To transform the gardening maintenance and landscaping service industry in the United States by creating SWG providers that will adhere to 100% electric equipment use and engage with customers as consultants by sharing evidence based information about various clean air initiatives to help facilitate a reduction in carbon footprint.

Mission: To join with residents in modeling socially responsible maintenance practice that is sustainable and safe for every member of the community, while providing services at or under gasoline or diesel powered contracted programs.

Environmental Justice Centered, SWG recognizes that we are in a critical moment in the planet's health and well being. SWG is the first conservation program that is AGZA certified. Through our engagement we will bring awareness about various evidence-based carbon reduction programs.

Community-Based and Mission-Driven, SWG is proud to have a diverse certified team that is representative of the communities being served. Our SWG certified technicians have extensive experience in the landscaping business and are mentored by the highly respected professionals in the social enterprise industry. We are a non-profit organization partnering with other agencies who align to our vision and mission.

Point-of-Engagement Green Landscaping, SWG offers specialized coordination services. We have Native Plant Restoration Specialist (NPRS) to help recapture the natural environment in your garden. We have landscape planners, irrigation restoration maintenance, tree removal, to name a few.

SWG has a no cost donation-based introductory maintenance service on a first come first serve bases, on limited available service slots throughout the week.
